Parfait Eaten at the End of a Meal
Speaking of Hokkaido, it’s not ‘Shime Ramen’, it’s ‘Shime Pafe’! ‘Shime Pafe’ means eating parfait at night especially after drinking alcohol. Ypung people in Sapporo like enjoying this trend. I don’t think it’s sweet after drinking alcohol, but when I tried it, it was surprisingly good. After drinking the creamy ice cream, it will soak into your body. A parfait shop like a hideaway bar. A fashionable parfait becomes a picture. Although the volume is not large, you can enjoy an adult parfait without being too sweet.
